What's on your menu tonight? Traditionally here at the cottage, Monday is chicken casserole night, but I've been in the yard all day and I don't think it's going to happen. So, let me put my thinking cap on and if I'm able to pull a menu together, I'll get some recipes posted tomorrow...Steak dinner sounds good...just sayin'...
